Have you looked into sociocracy? I am happy to hear any specific critic, but in essence it's non-hierarchical, using circles, everyone has a say, there isn't one person making a decision, it's not even majority vote, it's to create what's best for all. it's a tool for organizing, there are lots of different tribes with different ways for decision making as a group, but I think sociocracy as a tool for people who haven't lived in egalitarian societies can be very useful, but let me know why you think it can be hierarchical or corrupt in any way. The project itself is currently in foundation, so there is still no land base, each government has its own rules on what's allowed or needed to create community, natural building, registration, laws etc. so this would need to be considered, once a committed group is established, we can start having these types of conversations. if you'd like to be part of the founding group and connect with the focalizer send us an email.
